Privacy policy
Which personal data this website processes, why, and with what rights, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). In short: no forms, no cookies, no advertising; we only process what you write to us and some aggregated visit statistics.

2 · The emails you send us
The website has no forms: if you write to us, you do so from your own email. We process your address, your name and whatever you tell us in order to reply.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to whoever writes to us (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: for as long as the conversation lasts. We then delete the thread once it is no longer needed, unless a law requires it to be kept.
Recipients: nobody, unless required by law. Email is hosted by the mailbox provider, acting as data processor: Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, Larnaca 6023, Chipre, UE).
3 · Visit statistics, without cookies
To know which pages are read we use Umami Cloud (Umami Software, Inc.), analytics that sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser to follow you, and that builds no profiles and shares no data for advertising. It records aggregated data for each visit: the page, the referring page, the type of browser, system and device, the language, the screen size and the approximate country.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the use of the website in aggregate in order to improve it (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Location of the Umami Cloud data: Umami Software, Inc. (San Francisco, California, EE. UU.), encargado del tratamiento; los datos pueden tratarse en EE. UU. y en la UE (subencargados según umami.is/subprocessors); las transferencias internacionales se amparan en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea incorporadas a su contrato de encargo (umami.is/dpa). If you object, you can block the cloud.umami.is script in your browser and the website keeps working.
4 · Hosting and technical logs
The website is served from Hostinger's hosting, which, like any server, logs requests (IP address, date, page requested and browser) for security and operation. Hostinger acts as data processor (Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, Larnaca 6023, Chipre, UE); servidor web en Francia (UE)).
The typefaces are served from this website itself: loading a page does not send your address to any external font service.
5 · Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to it, and data portability, by writing to bruno@ibruno.es and stating which right you are exercising. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6 · Other points
We make no automated decisions about you and build no profiles. This website is not aimed at children under 14. If this policy changes, you will see it here with its date.
